Siena Gardens, a skilled nursing and rehab facility in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a dynamic and strong, Full Time HR/Payroll Manager to join our team. The successful candidate is responsible for all Human Resources & payroll related duties for the facility, to include but is not limited to recruiting, scheduling, hiring, retention, training, payroll and many other items to help ensure the success of the facility.
The successful candidate will possess 2 years of previous experience in HR management as well as payroll processing experience. The ideal candidate will also exhibit excellent customer service skills as well as attention to detail throughout their work. Associates degree in Business Administration preferred.
2 years LTC experience preferred!
