Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Seafood Manager to join our team. As a Seafood Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the Retail department, ensuring the highest quality products are available to our customers. You will also be responsible for managing inventory, supervising staff, and providing exceptional customer service.

Duties:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the seafood department
- Ensure proper handling and storage of seafood products to maintain freshness and quality
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders to replenish stock as needed
- Conduct regular inventory audits to minimize waste and loss
- Train and supervise seafood department staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Schedule and assign tasks to ensure efficient operation of the department
- Assist customers with their seafood selections, providing product knowledge and recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized seafood display area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with other department managers to coordinate promotions and sales initiatives
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to maximize profitability

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a seafood management role is recomended
- Strong knowledge of seafood varieties, cuts, and preparation techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage and assist customers effectively
- Proven ability to manage inventory and control costs
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in cash register operations and basic administrative tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
