RN Outpatient Services / Registered Nurse Outpatient Services

Our outpatient facility assists clients with mental health & addiction services, providing specialized and personal care from our staff.

Positions available : 

• Full time- Monday- Friday; 8 am - 4:30 pm

Essential Functions:

• Complete admission evaluations.
• Reconcile medications and allergy information and update medical records accordingly.
• Providing nursing care according to the Physician’s orders, care plans, established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Prepare and administer intramuscular (IM) medications in accordance with nursing standards and facility policies.
• Sign, date and perform all charting, record keeping, and care plans in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Carry out verbal orders in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Transmit orders for non-controlled medications via electronic prescriptions to client pharmacies.
• Ensures compliance with all nursing and regulations for ASAM, DHCS, and The Joint Commission.
• Assist HR with recruiting, interviewing, and training of new nursing staff and cross-training of other nursing department staff.
• Assist the program director with nursing care audits for compliance.
• Communicate with the program director, medical providers, and clinical staff to ensure client safety and compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Familiar with HIPAA/client confidentiality and personal rights.
• Performs other duties as assigned

Education and minimum qualification:

• Current Registered Nursing (RN) License required.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License   

  Preferred education and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a related health field.

Hourly: $48 - $72

 The posted pay range is a reasonable estimate that the organization believes in good faith it may pay for this particular job based on the circumstances at the time of posting.  This pay range is not a promise of a particular wage.  Pay may consider several factors including but not limited to internal equity, experience, specialty, training, hours/shifts worked, business need, and education. Pay ranges may be adjusted in the future depending upon many factors including business needs.
