We are Siffrin, a non-profit organization that, for nearly 50 years, provides supervised living services for adults with developmental disabilities in four counties. We are looking for a Supervised Living Home Manager to lead one of our homes, where you will create a positive and supportive environment for our residents and staff.
As a Supervised Living Home Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the daily operations, staff supervision, resident care, and quality assurance of one of our homes
- Coordinating with other service providers, such as health care professionals and others to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care, support and opportunities
- Fostering a culture of respect, dignity, and independence for our residents and their families
- Implementing and evaluating person-centered plans and goals for each resident
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or GED.
- At least two years of experience working with adults with developmental disabilities, preferably in a residential setting.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- A current CPR and first aid certification preferred.
- A clear background check.
- A compassionate, respectful, and positive attitude.
