Today, Sifted creates experiential lunch programs for high-growth, culture-centric companies. Brands who want to treat their staff to chef-made, hand-delivered lunches hire Sifted to provide a daily or weekly lunch in their office.

Sifted is hiring a customer experience-minded professional to deliver serve lunch and manage the on-site experience at our clients’ locations.

The ideal candidate is interested in pop-up events and values all the elements that contribute to an out-of-this-world event experience.

Please be advised this position is once a week with the potential for on-call shifts as needed, as well as additional days added in the future.

This position requires a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license and auto insurance.

What you’ll be doing :

  • Managing the Sifted lunch experience at the client’s location and ensuring every staff member is delighted
  • Meeting w/ the culinary team at the kitchen to learn the menu, pick up lunch and deliver to the client’s office
  • Creating an inspired, pop-up vibe in the client’s office using branded butcher paper and creativity
  • Telling the story of the menu and featured ingredients through branded messaging on the paper
  • Collecting feedback including specific metrics and report back to the Community Manager
  • Suggesting ways to increase efficiency and improve the experience

Eligibility : This position must maintain ServSafe Food Handler certification; this position requires a personal vehicle, drivers license, and auto insurance;

Work environment : This is a position based both in a commercial kitchen and on-site in client offices; requires use of personal vehicle

Physical requirements : This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs;
