Sigma Healthcare team is currently looking for an Echo Technologist / Echo Cardiographe to work onsite in Springfield
Shift : 12.00hr - AM
Role summary:
Performs echocardiograms. Responsible for daily operations of the department including patient care, team communications and documentation. Ensures that all necessary supplies/equipment are available and remains adequately trained in current technology. Maintains equipment in the proper working order. Follows departmental policies and procedures. Participates in the operations of the department, to include interviewing, orientation, education, competency, scheduling and performance improvements.
Skills, knowledge and abilities:
Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and customers.
Good motivational and organizational skills.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to analyze and synthesize data.
Ability to calculate, manipulate, and interpret numbers. Problem solving, critical thinking, and reasoning skills necessary.
Minimum requirements:
Registered Echo Tech (Certification from ARDMS or CCI is required. CPR Certification is required)
Must have recent travel experience - At least 1 year preferred
