We are seeking a CAMPAIGN AND CONTINGENCY PLANNER in Colorado Springs. Responsibilities include:
Support the Future Plans Branch in all aspects of campaign and contingency planning for HQ SpOC by:
Providing planning expertise for the SpOC Future Plans Branch in the execution of their mission.
Support the customer’s analysis of other component and combatant command campaign and contingency plans, service and DoD planning guidance, space policy, strategy, doctrine, and relevant documents needed to author SpOC planning products.
Having a working knowledge of FEMA guidance for continuity of operations.
Author products that may include, but are not limited to documents, Support Plans, Continuity of Operations Plans, Commander’s Estimates, briefings, presentations, and papers.
Conduct analysis of supported CCMD plans to provide planning options for SpOC. Analyze CCMD planning documents against design and deployment documents pertaining to current and future assets, systems, capabilities, and tactics, techniques and procedures, to provide recommendation for USSF support/base plans and COOP.
Support the Future Plans Branch’s participation in meetings, discussions, working groups, conferences, In Progress Reviews with senior leaders, and lead or participate in operational planning teams for the purposes of SpOC campaign and contingency planning.
Respond to and create staff packages in Enterprise Task Management Software Solutions / Task Management Tool in accordance with SpOC business rules. This may include coordination with CCMDs, HHQs, other FLDCOMs, and with SpOC. Coordinate approval/signature of products produced by the SpOC Future Plans Branch.
Maintain version control of all drafts, staff packages, comments, and related materials for SpOC and CCMD planning documents on the designated SpOC server and/or SharePoint site.
Support special projects and other priorities of the Future Plans Branch.

Required Education: Bachler’s degree or higher
Desired Experience: 1-3 years
3-5 years space, cyberspace, or intelligence experience
1-3 years prior HHQ experience, joint staffing experience desired
Travel: Yes-25%
Security Clearance: U.S. Citizen, TS/SCI eligible, SAP/SAR eligible
In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $85,000 to $90,000; however, Sigmatech considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, experience, education/training, key skills, location and often contractual requirements.
