Your role:
In your role as a purchasing coordinator, you will serve as Multi-functional Logistician responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, managing, and reviewing a full range of procurement functions IAW FAR Regulations, Sigmatech policies, and procedures. As a member of our purchasing team, you will use your experience with and knowledge of Logistics and Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) systems to ensure traceability and asset accountability of procured contract acquired property and services. Your position will report to the Purchasing Lead and is one part of a multi team effort to support various customer requirements.
Primary duties will include (but not limited to):
- Process and track all Contractor Acquired Property / Services (CAP/CAS) Requests, transitioning the Government requests to a company internal format.
- Track the process from purchase initiation to item receipt.

Assist with receiving process, verifying correct quantity and condition of items received, and sending notices to shops of item arrival / status.

Prepare purchasing statistical slide for and participate in production report to the Government customer.

Process and track all GPC purchases and travel requests.

Track amount incurred, obligated, and remaining in each of several lines of accounting for travel and material purchases.

Compile and record production data to compare records and reports on volume of production, consumption of material, quality control, and other aspects of production.

Track office supplies and re-order as necessary.

Assist in maintaining, managing, and updating the contract personnel roster, submitting as end of month report to the Program Manager as required.

Must be diverse and able to fill other roles or duties as needed or assigned.
Experience and Skills:
Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent and at least 4 year's related logistics experience.

Must have Secret Security Clearance

Experience working with established processes and procedures, training, assigning, and checking work of other employees.

Ability to solo lift 25 pounds to shoulder height safely, and team lift 50 pounds safely.

Ability to plan, organize and re-prioritize work to meet changing deadlines
Desired Skills:

Experience with Excel, Sharepoint, Office 365, Teams.
