Counter Clerk

- Stock shelves and ensure products are neatly organized
- Keep the counter area clean and presentable at all times
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a calm and professional manner

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of technology products is an advantage
- Proficiency in using cash registers or POS systems
