Security Officer Patrol Medfield - Part-time

Title: Security Officer Patrol
Shift: Friday and Saturday 6:00 PM -1:00 AM
Location: Medfield, MA
Pay range: $18.50

Signal of New England is seeking Security Officers to join our team. As a member of our team, you would be responsible for protecting the client and securing the assigned property by monitoring the facility and automated machines.  

The candidate will be observant and have strong verbal and written communication skills. Previous security experience and/or customer relations background. This individual should be detail oriented and have the ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations while exhibiting patience.

Responsibilities: 

• Will conduct and deliver Dedicated services that reflect the company’s values, expectations and consistent service in alignment with site expectations/post orders.
• Will write detailed and accurate reports during each shift that serves Client needs and concerns.
• Interacting with internal and external personnel on site and promptly reporting any information that may impact on the relationship of the Client to their direct supervisor, the Site Lead Officer or the Dedicated (Site) Supervisor.
• Responsible for the care of any S88 equipment assigned during shift including radios, access keys/cards and devices, etc.
• Manage daily activities while meeting key benchmarks and expectations set by direct Supervisor such as reporting standards and service quality.
• Communicate with direct Supervisor to receive and disseminate information through daily huddles, such as the Client needs through post orders to ensure operational excellence and efficiency.

• Monitor Cameras from a guard shack
• Roving Security Patrol of Parking lots and Clubhouse lock up by Security Officer.

• Enforce property quiet hours
• Responsible and dependable team player who doesn’t want a desk job.
