Title: Patrol Lead
Reports To: Field Operations Manager
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Compensation: Starting at 16 hr - 18 hr
Supervises: Dedicated Officers
Position Summary:
As a Signal 88 Security Patrol Lead you will be responsible for all route operations at night. All duties listed below are the requirements – as well as any post orders for individual sites.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure that we provide security services that reflect our company’s values and expectations
- Adjust schedules and routes based on clients needs
- Review daily electronic reports ensuring that client needs and concerns are met
- Promptly report any information that may impact the relationship of the client to director
- Responsible for the care of vehicles assigned during shift including fueling, washing, and inspecting
- Operations Officer to receive and disseminate information through daily huddles, such as the client's needs through post orders to ensure operational excellence and efficiency
Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older
- Some College
- Military experience preferred, but not required
- Security experience required
- Pass background investigation
- Pass drug test
- Provide a Motor Vehicle Report
- Complete online training modules and on the job training within the first week
- Must be able to stand and sit for long periods of time
- Excellent organization, oral, and written communicative skills
- Works collaboratively and supports efforts of team members
- Ability to conform to established procedures and to help identify and solve problems
- Ability to get along with other employees, follow directions, work under stress
- Demonstrates a commitment to service our clients
- Have organization values and professionalism through appropriate conduct and demeanor
- Must be able to move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds
