Position: Part Time

Hours: Friday & Saturday 10:00PM - 4:00AM

Pay Rate: $16 Per Hour

Job Description:

The officer will maintain the safety and security of their building and it's residence by conducting multiple foot patrols, responding to dispatches, and reporting any issues found on site. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Interior/Exterior Foot Patrols
• Scan Token Tours
• Access Control
• Dispatch Response
• Reporting & Documentation

Requirements:

• 21 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation
• Reliable means of communication
• Ability to pass a drug test
• Ability to pass a background check
• Possess a North Carolina Guard Card (Training provided if necessary)
• Prior military, law enforcement, security, or customer service experience (Preferred)
• Weekend shifts
• Overnight Shifts

Skills & Abilities:

• CPR/First Aid Certification (Preferred) (Training provided if necessary)
• Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time
• Strong Observation skills
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and make decisions in stressful situations
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment
