TECHNICIAN
Status: Non-Exempt
Type: Full-Time
General Responsibilities:
- Perform all phases of the installation and configuration of integrated residential technology systems.
- Under the direction of a Lead Technician, complete daily and weekly assignments as planned.
- Identify challenges and obstacles early and develop creative solutions to overcome them.
- Demonstrate the company’s commitment to superior service through sensitivity to client requests and needs.

Requirements:
- Ability to work in conditions subject to health or bodily injury such as closeness to moving mechanical parts, working on scaffoldings, and electric shock.
- Standing, sitting, walking, bending, climbing, reaching and lifting up to 80 lbs.
Qualifications:
- 2 years’ experience in residential electronic systems installation or service.
- Knowledge of residential systems integration including audio/video, lighting, shades, climate control, security, CCTV, telephone and computer networks.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electronic schematics, and user manuals.
- Knowledge of construction techniques and wiring methods for new and existing construction.
- Proficient with hand and power tools used to complete physical installations of speakers, displays, equipment racks, and ventilation systems.
- Familiar with the use of proper safety equipment for specific tasks and personal protection.
- Ability to perform calculations, analyze reports, and engage in strategic and creative problem solving.
Skills:
- Time Management – To multitask, organize, and effectively ensure deadlines are met.
- Teamwork – Work closely with other members of the company and people of different backgrounds and skillsets.
- Communication – Effectively follow up with inquiries and follow instructions from senior members of staff.

Salary: $19.00 - $30.00 per hour
