Production Manager

We are looking for a full-time experienced Production Manager committed to the efficiencies and productivity needed to make every project the best. You must be detail oriented, motivated, a team player, who can work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. You can combine your experience of designing effective products for our customer, manage the production process by transforming the design to the finished product, and ensuring that the application of the product represents our commitment to quality and the satisfaction of the customer.

Essential Responsibilities Include:

• Ability to coordinate and manage the production process
• Effectively communicate with staff and customers to clarify needs and expectations
• Prioritize each day to efficiently and cost-effectively manage the workflow
• Problem-solving during the production and installation of the projects
• Ability to train and develop a support team
• Eye and proficiency in developing graphic designs
• Experience within the large format graphics category used on vehicles, banners, and signs
• Proficient in cutting and applying and/or printing and mounting onto a variety of substrates.
• Ability to utilize graphics software systems used in the production facility to create vinyl and/or digitally printed, full-color graphics outputs
• Work safely and maintain a safe work environment
• Maintain workplace in a clean and orderly fashion

Qualification:

• 3 years sign industry experience
• Background in vinyl creation, application and large format digital printing including installation including vehicle wraps preferred
• Computer and file management skills including experience and knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Assist with maintaining all equipment including computers, printers, plotters and cutters
• Motivated and self-starter with the ability to manage others and your personal time effectively
• Solid track record of quality while meeting deadlines
• Detail-oriented and multi-tasking skills are critical
• Possesses a sharp eye for quality control
• Customer focused, working to meet and exceed their expectations

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience with graphic design and installation
• Vehicle wrap experience preferred
• Valid Driver’s License
• Can climb and work on ladders and/or from heights
• Can lift 50 lbs.
• Can effectively use a variety of power and hand tools
