Construction Foreman

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to join our team. As a Construction Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, and meet quality standards. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and clients.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise construction projects from start to finish
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
- Ability to work on your own or lead a small team with little supervision
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Provide guidance and training to construction workers as needed

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or similar role in the construction industry prefered
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient in remodels, additions, new residential and agricultural construction including decks, windows, doors, siding, trim, framing, etc.

Unemployment in the off season is possible depending on work load.

Weather can force days off during construction season depending on work load

Shingling and concrete work are typically subbed out

Drivers License required

Pay can increase after 90 day probationary period with proven knowledge and leadership
