QUALIFICATIONS

• A valid driver's license, current personal car insurance, and access to a reliable personal car
• A smartphone with internet access and the ability to send and receive texts and emails
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, stoop, use rolling staircase ladders, push, pull, and lift materials weighing up to 50 pounds
• 2 years working as a Representative or Merchandiser
• Hands-on experience with all aspects of merchandising and resets
• Ability to teach, train, and provide support for new hires
• Experience using web-based reporting systems to submit reports and photos while in stores
• Ability to communicate effectively with merchandisers, clients, and customers to achieve and exceed goals set by the client
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Manufacturer sales or merchandising experience in the home center industry is preferred but not required.

WORK SCHEDULE

You have the freedom to self-schedule up to a month in advance, accommodating your personal needs and preferences. And don't worry, we ensure a full-time opportunity with up to 40 hours per week.
