Bookkeeper Overview:

A mission-minded, fast growing, integrity focused business who values faith and family is looking for a detail oriented professional to perform bookkeeper and accounting tasks. The ideal candidate should have some accounting, finance or related business experience and should have a bachelor’s or associate’s degree in business or related field. Candidate Description:

We are looking for the right individual first, then someone with the desire to do, or learn the tasks necessary to support and grow our business. Whatever you do not know, we can teach you or learn together. We are looking for an energetic, relationship-minded professional with the ability to work independently, create a plan, schedule and accomplish tasks with excellence. A great attitude and the ability to work well with everyone are mission critical!

Responsibilities

  • Bank account and credit card reconciliations
  • Post expenses and transactions in accounting software
  • Process payables and receivables
  • Various accounting and financial record keeping and reporting

Required Skills

  • Self-motivated, energetic, self-starter
  • Relationship skills - humility, respect, service, encouragement, love
  • Desire & ability to learn new things and grow your capabilities as the business grows
  • Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accurate financial records and reporting
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s in business preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in accounting, finance or related fields
  • Proficient in computer skills, email, accounting software, Excel, Word, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
