Our products are used in national and international rebranding projects, sports stadiums, hospitals, and school campuses just to name a few. We are a locally owned company who has managed to continuously grow over 25 years in business. We are laser focused on customer service and growth and that is why we are looking to add an Engineering Manager to our growing team.

Job Summary

• Define the vision for the engineering department
• Create a repeatable R&D process that will deliver best-in-class products
• Manage, develop, and grow the engineering department

Duties/Responsibilities

• Define new product development process and execute on goals and timelines
• Identify product and process improvements to drive business efficiency
• Provides leadership to the engineering team; motivates and encourages
• Identifies customer needs; evaluates concepts that will meet those needs
• Review and develop structural and extrusion drawings as needed
• Acts as company representative at trade association meetings
• Educates customers and builds relationships with industry partners

Required Skills/Abilities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to understand structural engineering
• Proficient with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite

Education and Experience

Required

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
• At least 3 years of experience required

Preferred

• Signage and structural engineering experience
• Experience with aluminum extrusion

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
