Jewelery Consultant/Management

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Jewelry Consultant with managerial experience to join our team. As a Jewelry Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to our guests in order to find or create the jewelry of their dreams. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication.

Supervised directly by the General Manager and/or Assistant Manager.

Primary Responsibilities

• Contributes to an environment of total customer satisfaction by making the customer's needs the first priority.
• Trains, schedules and supervises the sales support staff to provide responsible support assistance to customers and the store.
• Develops a full understanding of Company sales and credit policies and procedures.
• Follows all Company directives, policies and procedures.
• Attains daily standards.
• Provides customer service and assistance. Answers the telephone, explains procedures and policy as relates to the office.
• Reconciles all store monies. Prepares bank deposits and petty cash.
• Reconciles daily totals from each of the department's P.O.S. terminals. Prepares all related reports.
• Compiles and maintains records of daily sales and total financial information.
• Assists in maintaining internal and external areas of the store as directed.
• Performs other duties as assigned

General Work Schedule

• As required by the individual store to include to include evenings and weekends.
• Three (3) nights per week or as required by the Store Manager.
• Sunday on alternate basis or as needed.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 45 per week
