As a Demand Planner, you’ll be responsible for planning a portfolio of products in any of our three US channels: Consumer, Professional, or OEM. In this role, you will oversee an 18-month rolling demand plan for a complete portfolio of products, within a global supply chain, for the US market.

What you’ll do
- Using our SAP toolset, POS (Point-of-Sale) data, and market and customer insights, effectively supervise exceptions and optimize forecast accuracy and bias without compromising the inventory plan or our customer’s fill rate performance.
- Engage with cross functional leaders to gain consensus alignment on the demand plan and lead Pre-Sales and Operations meetings.
- Track and problem solve root cause of forecast error, bias, and fill rate misses; coordinate closely with Supply Chain, Customer Experience, and Operations.
- Align project planning and new product planning with Channel and Product Marketing, focusing on improving accuracy, and facilitate customer planning reviews.
Your qualifications
- BS degree, preferably in Supply Chain, Business, Mathematics, or Data Analytics; advanced degree a plus
- 2 years of planning experience preferred, demonstrating Demand Planning competency, excellent knowledge of supply chain, and financial acumen
- Customer-facing mindset with a deep awareness of our customer’s interests as well as internal stakeholders
- Able to work autonomously with thorough analytical, organizational, decision making, and presentation skills; LEAN mindset and focused on process improvement
- SAP APO/IBP DP experience highly desirable; proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) PowerPoint
