As a Strategy Execution Specialist, you’ll be responsible for translating Corporate Strategy to high impact deliverables, while collaborating with a brilliant, cross cultural and diverse Global Strategy team.

What you’ll do
Work with markets, businesses and functions, using both existing and new methodologies, to develop and manage projects
Activate the execution of our strategy, implementing strategic priorities and initiatives, to deliver on our targets for long term impact
Use Agile project management methodology to achieve key milestones and tangible success in Sprints (e.g., financials, product/services launch, consumer NPS)
Ensure strategic initiatives implementation is successful with the applicable process workflows, including resourcing, staffing, budgeting, daily management and problem solving
Your qualifications
MBA from an accredited college or university
Demonstrated work history of Strategy Execution Projects with defined outcomes in a global organization(s)
3 years of consulting experience using proven project methodologies, such as Agile
Process/project/program management skills (including Lean) focused on execution
Transformation and influencing skills
Understanding of lighting or electrical business preferred
