As a Supply Chain Planning Co-Op at Signify is dynamic. This Co-Op role is part of our Supply Chain Logistics Department in our Burlington, MA office and whose responsibility is supporting the Color Kinetics product line. Our main responsibility is to manage supply planning and order fulfillment to cope with Market dynamics, secure the best customer service level, with optimized cash and cost management.
This internship will start on Jan 2022 and end on June 2022. These are not fixed dates and can be adjusted.
Together we can…
- Keep control on inventory quality by monitoring inventory levels and taking actions when needed.
- Keep track of demand and follow up on projects incoming from global markets, comparing this with the global forecast
- Generate a supply plan for our global network of suppliers.
- Create and keep track of KPIs via Scorecards of suppliers, finding creative ways to improve processes.
- Document SOPS for new processes
- Regular review master data and ensure data quality
You are…
- Currently a student in the field of supply chain major, industrial engineer, business administration, with a focus on supply chain management / logistics.
- Strong analytical thinking, with problem solving skills
- Communicative and a team player, are resilient and have fun with challenges
- Flexible and you have a high degree of initiative
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint skills
- SAP knowledge is a plus
- Able to work independently as well as cross functionally on multiple initiatives is expected
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship
