Who is Signpost?
Thousands of businesses partner with Signpost to manage communications with prospects and customers for the entire lifecycle of the relationship – from lead, to job, to repeat business. Signpost is growing, and we’re looking for an Onboarding Representative who can hit the ground running as a part of our Customer Success team!
What does the Onboarding Representative do?
Our Onboarding Team ensures that our new customers are set up for success. As an Onboarding Representative you will provide a positive, value-driven experience that results in early adoption of key features and increases retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote a positive “First Impression” of Signpost through seamless and timely onboarding.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and manage client Implementations/Onboarding in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Managing high-volume, deadline-driven client interactions.
- Understand each new client’s desired value and modify the onboarding process to focus on value realization as quickly as possible.
- Assist clients to ensure seamless integration with their payment/accounting/contact software platforms.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to implement product and process improvements based on client feedback.
- Maintain expert knowledge on Signpost’s product features and their benefits to clients.
- Engage in Critical Thinking and Continuous Process Improvement

Qualifications:
- 2 - 5 years’ experience in an Onboarding, Implementation, or a comparable Customer Success role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience with G-Suite, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Slack, Truly, and CS CRM Gainsight, preferred.
- BS/BA degree or equivalent.
Location
We prefer someone who can work out of our Denver, Colorado office (once we’re back in the office). We are open to a ‘part-time’ remote role (where we would expect you to be in the office a minimum number of days per week).

- Salary Range: $51,000 - $58,000.
