Front Office Customer Service Representative

Signs330 is a Fast Growing and exciting Business to be a part of! We are seeking a Front Office Team Member to handle both the Customer Service and General Office Role. The ideal candidate will be able to handle the General Office Duties as well as be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities
- Facilitate the General Office Duties of AR, AP, PO's, invoicing, etc...

-Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide information about products and services
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Skills
- A proven track record of success in a Professional Office Setting with experience in AP, AR, Quickbooks, Invoicing, PO Processes, etc...

- Extensive experience in the Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook

- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze and solve customer problems effectively
- Experience in a call center environment is a plus
- Proficiency in data entry and computerized systems
- Bilingual proficiency is an advantage

Pay: $15.00 - $22.89 per hour
