Job Description
To promote Sika's admixture product range to contractors, specifiers, owners, and concrete producers. Develop selling tools and work with the sales team to build sales in the market. Develop relationships with main contractors while tracking and leading efforts for major infrastructure projects. Maintain a highly visible position within the industry though applicable associations and activities. Support cross & project selling activity directly and through work with Key Projects.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required (Business or Engineering preferred).
- Ten years’ experience within the concrete industry with leadership experience.
- Proven record of creativity, innovation, leadership and significant achievement; familiarity with the concrete ready mix and precast industry a must.
- Must have excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, excellent analytical, planning and time management skills, and quantitative skills.
- Internal/external working relationships/contracts:
- Travel as required.
