ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking an E-commerce Manager to lead our growing business headquartered in Bend, Oregon. Since e-commerce is key driver of growth at Silipint, this is an incredible opportunity to significantly impact the success and trajectory of a unique consumer goods company.
The E-commerce Manager will develop, orchestrate, and execute an integrated, digital channel strategy. Built around measurement and performance, this strategy is rooted in data and crafted to drive our B2C revenue and online branding goals. The E-commerce Manager will be responsible for creating and executing on an annual e-commerce budget. He/she will be responsible for all weekly, monthly, and annual reporting to senior leadership and the ownership group. He/she will also manage a consumer service function. The E-commerce Manager will work closely across departments, with external partners, and with our in-house team in order to execute our vision and build our brand.

Strategy
- Annual E-commerce plan for fast growth, omni-channel consumer goods brand
- Content calendar that hits revenue targets and achieves brand storytelling objectives
- Brand specific “fly-wheel” framework with segmented consumers and KPIs
Revenue & Profitability
- Annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue projections
- Performance marketing plan that demonstrates strong ROAS
- Website optimization approach that delivers increased conversation rate
- Plan for improving channel contribution margin
Online Consumer Experience
- Improved online shopping journey and overall purchase experience
- Specific program plan to improve post purchase experience
- NPS metric implementation and improvement plan
- Plan for improving channel contribution margin
- Staffing plan and management of Consumer Service function
Online Support for Brand & Product Initiatives
- Seasonal product updates to website
- Support program for key marketing initiatives on website and other online properties
- Integrated capabilities for B2B portals on www.silipint.com – customization and wholesale
- Enhanced new product commercialization testing program
Reporting
- Weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual revenue to plan variance report
- Monthly “Fly-wheel” friction point summary
- Evolved monthly E-com KPI report
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
- Digitally and technically savvy
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field, Master’s Degree preferred
- At least 4 years experience managing e-commerce websites and digital marketing initiatives
- Adept at working across an organization to achieve strategic goals
- Able to develop clear and concise communication plans targeted to multiple levels of an organization
- Versed in Shopify, Facebook / Instagram advertising, SEO & SEM, and email marketing tools
- Proficient in using Google Analytics to measure performance and create reports
- Proficient in Google Data Studio, or similar data analysis / visualization tools.
- Demonstrated experience in budget planning & managing annual budgets
