Our Washington, DC office is located next to the canal in the heart of historic Georgetown. If you love a spacious, European-style work environment with beautiful views and plenty of sunshine, read on – we are currently seeking a highly motivated Executive Assistant to join our team!
Responsibilities
- Meet with principal on daily basis to go over calendar items.
- Monitor all incoming email for (200-300 daily), responding to requests as required, creating/managing calendar appointments and conflicts, flagging emails as needed for principal’s review.
- Complete draft time sheets for principal’s review and submission.
- Family health insurance, submissions, forms, coordinate with broker.
- Coordinate TYLin Integration activities, help in production of materials for these activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience working in a similar role as Executive Assistant, Office Manager or Office Administrator, ideally within a fast-paced, dynamic office environment.
- Prior experience within an architecture, engineering, construction or design firm would be considered a significant asset.
- Must be able to exercise discretion when working with materials of a sensitive or confidential nature.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams) is required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and processes.
- Client focused, always striving to give clients the best experience.
- Strong commitment to innovation by creating new and better ways to solve challenges.
- High levels of integrity, always doing the right thing in an ethical, fair, and sustainable way.
