**Job Summary:**
We are seeking dedicated Lead Teachers and Teaching Assistants to join our all-team at Siloam Springs Kids Day Out at The Bridge Churchl. The ideal candidate will be able to manage or assist in growing young minds for kids age Birth-5yrs of age.
**Responsibilities:**
- Lead/Support classroom activities and instruction.
- Create/Assist implementing lesson plans.
- Help maintain a safe and clean classroom environment.
- Provide one-on-one support to students as needed.
- Assist with classroom management and behavior reinforcement.
- Collaborate with the director to assess student progress and development.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience working with children, such as childcare, daycare, or special education.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
- Ability to effectively communicate and engage with students.
- Strong organizational skills for assisting in lesson planning and classroom activities.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for ministering and educating young learners.
