Essential Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop operational reports.
- Understand business requirements in the BI context and design data models to convert raw data to meaningful insights.
- Experience in tools and systems on MS SQL Server BI Stack, including SSRS and TSQL, Power Query, MDX, PowerBI, and DAX.
- Quickly shape data into reporting and analytics solutions.
- Create functional reporting, dashboards, and visual interactive reports using Power BI.
- Knowledge of database fundamentals such as multidimensional database design, relational database design, and more.
- Analyze data and present it through reports that can help in decision-making.
- Use filters and graphs for a better understanding of the data.
- Train a dedicated employee from the agency on all related assignments, primarily PowerBI development.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience with MS SQL Server BI Stack, SSRS, and TSQL, Power Query, MDX, PowerBI, and DAX.
- 5 years experience with Microsoft BI stacks such as Power Pivot, SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS.
Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
