Silver City Hospice and Palliative Care is currently looking for an experienced Hospice Marketer/Liaison that will be responsible for executing sales calls, obtaining new referral sources, regularly checking in on current referral sources, handling agency communications with referral sources, and providing assistance/information directly to clients/referral sources around Los Angeles and surrounding counties.

- Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) with medical and administrative staff as well as patients and families, in an assertive, professional manner

Responsibilities include:
- Establishing new relationships with referral sources such as Senior Living Communities, Rehabs, and Physician's offices
- Calling on multiple account types - SNFs, ALFs, care homes, Hospitals, and Physicians
- Visiting physician's offices, hospitals, senior living facilities, and other possible sources of referrals to present Agency credentials, coordinate meetings with executives, and pass along potential referrals to the applicable agency staff members.
- Create marketing events to increase our brand awareness.
- Conducting market research to better understand the marketing needs of the organization and its target audience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $43,148.80 - $127,756.54 per year
