Silver Leaf Property Management, LLC is looking for an experienced Part-time Leasing Specialist to join our Grand Forks team. This position rewards hard work with unlimited commission earning potential. Part-time schedule is flexible but typically includes weekdays between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Job Description
As a Leasing Specialist you will be responsible for coordinating marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals by providing excellent customer service and demonstrating a competitive spirit. You will perform all activities related to leasing including: show and rent open apartments; assist manager with resident satisfaction and retention through responding to complaints and concerns, assist manager with rent collection and computer related tasks; answer phones and greet walk-ins; respond to requests, questions, and complaints, making referrals to manager or maintenance staff as appropriate; schedule and perform apartment move-ins and move-outs; assist manager with correspondence and other computer related tasks as appropriate and assigned.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
- Basic computer skills including MS word, excel, and outlook
- 2 years prior customer service experience required
- strong and competitive sales skills
- strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- well-organized and self-motivated individual with attention to detail

Other Requirements
- Must reside within a 15 minute drive of Grand Forks, ND
- Must have a valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to walk up and down stairs with ease
- Must be able to walk, stand, or sit for long periods of time
