Silver Linings for Seniors, Inc. (SLFS) is expanding and looking to hire therapists experienced in working with adults and older adults, licensed in North Carolina, to add to our caring, passionate, dedicated, and talented team. We are specifically looking in-home Therapists as our Teletherapy team is currently full. We are acutely aware of COVID and the possible dangers of home-visits. But we also know many clients, especially the elderly don’t have the option to come to an office or do teletherapy. Thus, we want to ensure no client is left behind or suffers in alone in silence.
Our therapists, both virtual and in-office, share a passion for helping clients achieve and maintain optimal mental and psychosocial wellbeing and are well-supported by our dedicated office team, who take the brunt of the organizational workload — including processing payments, credentialing you through Silver Linings on insurance panels, inputting initial client demographics information into our EHR— allowing therapists to focus on clients’ needs. The SLFS office staff checks all benefits, initiates contact with likely referral sources like doctor’s offices and assisted living facilities. Therapists are also supported by our marketing team, which works to expand their caseloads and creates marketing collateral on their behalf. Therapists will also receive support, guidance, and training from an experienced Clinical Director. SLFS provides HIPAA email, fax, EHR, and all electronic and HIPPA-compliant video Teletherapy software, which can be used remotely. Our practice accepts Medicare and other commercial insurances, but we do not accept Medicaid.
