Duties:
- Operate a tow truck to transport vehicles to designated locations
- Load and unload vehicles onto the tow truck
- Drive safely and responsibly, following all traffic laws and regulations
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting stranded motorists and ensuring their safety
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and complete necessary paperwork
Skills:
- Proficient in operating a tow truck and using towing equipment
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures
- Ability to load and unload vehicles onto the tow truck using proper techniques
- Strong mechanical knowledge to diagnose and troubleshoot issues with vehicles
- Excellent driving skills with a clean driving Record
