Job Posting for Bell Captain at Silverado Resort

SALARY RANGE: $18.50-$22.45 per hour. The Bell Captain manages the bell team by setting duties, supervising daily performance levels, and maintaining the highest level of integrity to our guests and associates.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Must adhere to the company’s Service culture – 4 Keys to creating guests for life.
  • Actively participate in team member referral program and be a Talent Ambassador for the Silverado Resort.
  • Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.
  • The role is responsible for the supervision and training of bell team members.
  • Ideal candidates will be familiar with all hotel services/features and local attractions/activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately.
  • Must have through knowledge of features and benefits within the regular guestrooms and suites and must be able to explain them thoroughly to each guest.
  • Lift and move luggage into and from vehicles to carts and to the guest rooms.
  • Deliver items to the guests as per the requests.
  • Provide information, maps and directions as required.
  • Participate in all hotel required meetings and trainings.
  • Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Silverado Resort and Spa Standards, as required by scheduling, which will vary according to the needs of the hotel.
  • Comply with Silverado Resort and Spa Standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations.
  • Perform other duties as requested by management.
