In this role, you will oversee our team of Resident Assistants, monitor staffing levels to ensure are shifts are filled, and schedule your team while adhering to budgeted hours. You will monitor Individualized Care Plans and Daily Assignment Sheets and also step in when necessary to assist with resident care.
Schedule Varies: This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday from 8:30am – 5pm with some on call requirements based on staffing needs.

What you will need:
- An active CNA Certification
- Minimum of 1 year experience in assisted living, long-term care or similar setting
- Past supervisory experience is required
