Position Overview:
The Change Management Consultant is responsible for the delivery of offerings related to organizational change management & training within client projects focused on ensuring successful user adoption and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Apply methodology for Silverline Approach to Successful User Adoption to client projects tailoring the methodology as dictated by client SOWs
- Utilize Tools and Templates to guide the delivery of change management offerings.
- Advise and recommend any changes to change management services based on client culture and needs
- Provide feedback on Silverline Approach to Successful User Adoption and assist with enhancing and evolving the methodology
- Provide input and feedback on level of effort estimates and timelines for change management offerings
- Ensure consistency in execution and quality of deliverables
- Deliver Change Management & Training Services including but not limited to:
- Change Readiness Assessments
- Change Management Strategies and Plans
- Stakeholder Analysis
- Sponsor Analysis
- Change Impact (Organization & Role) Impact Assessments
- Training Strategy
- Instructional Design & Training Content Development
- Training Delivery
- Reinforcement/Adoption Plans
- Ensure all client deliverables are stored in the appropriate advisory document repository.
- Participate in enablement related to delivery of change management offerings
Basic Requirements:
- BA/BS degree - or equivalent work experience; Business, Information Systems, Organizational Behavior or Psychology, or MBA a plus
- 5 years in management and consulting services involving full lifecycle systems implementations, project management and change management & training
- Certification in Change Management, (e.g. Prosci, CCMP) a plus
- Industry Experience in Finserv, Healthcare, or Media
- Salesforce knowledge and certifications a plus
- Excellence in communication and organizational skills
