Silverstone Living is a not-for-profit group of affiliates (Hunt Community, The Huntington at Nashua and At Home by Hunt) based in Southern New Hampshire, offering retirement choices committed to the promise of security, independence and the “Freedom to be You.”  Reporting directly to the CEO, the PR & Marketing Manager is successful in displaying a thorough understanding and execution of PR & Marketing initiatives and tasks in an on-site collaborative atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Responsible for managing the organization’s public relations and marketing activities for Silverstone Living including campaigns for: Hunt Community, The Huntington at Nashua, At Home by Hunt.  Create and execute e-marketing campaigns and make changes to the organization’s website. Coordinate initiatives with marketing partners and maintain applicable planning documents. Design social media content creation, property signage and assist with sales department administration as needed.

  • Be instrumental in the development and execution of all aspects of marketing for the organization to include: networking, advertising, public relations, community events, and social media presence.
  • Develop social media content plans and calendars that are consistent with the company’s brand identity.
  • Create consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving audience engagement and promote social media campaigns.
  • Communicate with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner.
  • Use analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook to monitor and evaluate the organization’s presence and performance.
  • Organize and conduct head shots for Board Members and Department Heads.
  • Suggest recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results.
  • Stay up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media.
  • Analyze paid digital marketing ROI and effectiveness to provide recommendations for optimizations.
  • Facilitate social media platforms and campaigns including content creation to include photography, videography- including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn.
  • Demonstrate strong strategic planning skills and search engine optimization techniques.
  • Manage branding and content on print materials and our website.
  • Assist with public relation activities including Open Houses and speaking events.
  • Coordinate and attend marketing and PR related special events.
  • Perform other related duties as requested.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field.
  • 3 or more years of social media experience including planning and managing content.
  • Muti-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Outgoing and self-motivating individual with a positive attitude.
