General Summary of Job Duties: As a Valet attendant, you will be responsible for parking and retrieving guest vehicles in a prompt yet safe manner and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate must have a friendly demeanor with strong communication and customer service skills.

Principle Responsibilities and Duties

• Maintain high-quality guest service according to Silverton's Be Amazing Service Standards.
• Thorough knowledge of applicable Company and departmental policies and procedures as well as the willingness to learn and follow any policy or procedure that may be introduced in the future.
• Greets and welcomes guests
• Responsible for parking quest vehicles in the valet lot. This is to be done in a safe and efficient manner
• Secure key and valet tickets in the valet booth.
• Return vehicles to guests in a safe and timely manner.
• Call and hail taxi cabs
• Adhere to all appearance and uniform standards.
• Maintain an open line of communication with Managers.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions with guest, fellow Team Members, and Vendors.
• Ability to accept performance feedback in a professional manner.
• Regular attendance to all scheduled shifts is considered an essential function of the job.
• Arriving on-time for all scheduled shifts is considered an essential function of the job.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills, Education & Other Requirements

• Demonstrate ability to drive all types of vehicles.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and provide a Department of Motor Vehicle print out of a good driving record.
• Must be 21 years of age.

• Valid Nevada Driver's License.
