Our company is growing and we are searching for Auto glass technicians to repair/replace windshields and/or various other windows in a wide variety of vehicles. They may also be involved in the calibration of ADAS systems. We are hiring for in-shop technicians and mobile technicians. Here at Simbol Auto Glass, we are hiring both experienced technicians and trainees willing to learn the trade.

Minimum requirements:

  • Prior experience is preferred in auto glass repair/replacement on all types of vehicles.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with management, co-workers, and customers
  • Understands a commitment of high quality service to all customers

Physical requirements:

  • Be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Must be able to frequently lift over 25 pounds
  • Requires motion entailing bending, twisting, pulling, and pushing
Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Examine vehicles for any damages prior to performing any type of work on the vehicle
  • Inspect all new glass for any flaws before performing any work on the vehicle
  • Using proper techniques to remove damaged glass without causing additional damage to vehicle
  • Use of proper techniques to install glass
  • Handle glass in a safe and professional manner
  • Effectively communicate with customers
  • Other duties as assigned by the shop manager
