Then you might be our new People Consultant supporting our Headquarter and all Nordic countries. Location: Supporting the Nordic countries in our office in Copenhagen, Denmark. Possibility of hybrid work (3 days per week in the office). WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US As the People Consultant with primary designation for HQ (approx. 650 employees), you will serve as the point of contact for employees and business leaders when they have any questions or concerns about People-related topics for HQ and Nordic countries. You will play an active part in delivering People services in our organization and support the Global People & Culture team in facilitating critical employee lifecycle transactions in a seamless way. You will manage the day-to-day needs of our employees and managers supporting with various administration, employee relations, benefits, health & safety and much more. You will be working closely with your global peers on special projects, our aim is simple: to provide a seamless, platinum level of support to our colleagues and the business. You will be expected to participate in the transformation project of our People Service Delivery function: redesign our global processes, defining scope & responsibilities within the function, lead & engage in multiple regional and global projects that aim into bringing alignment, efficiency and automation to our world class service. In the first 6-12 months you will execute all administrative frontline People-processes as they pertain to employees in our Headquarter in Denmark and offices in Sweden, Norway and Finland, including employment agreements, onboarding activities, employee lifecycle support and offboarding in collaboration with our student assistant. During this time you will also support the transfer of the administrative processes to our colleagues in India. The position will provide you with an opportunity to familiarize with many HR topics and the position can to some extend be tailored to reflect your capabilities and areas of interest incl. working with global mobility, employee engagement, wellbeing and much more. WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR Understand and execute core employee lifecycle activities and end-to-end HR-processes in Denmark and the Nordics Administration: draft binding employee documents, process leave of absence, employee changes, on- and offboarding activities (first 6-12 months) Support employees and managers in HQ with employee relations (warnings, dismissals, absence), insurance, pension, benefits and health & safety topics Support the global transformation of P&C team by various projects and assignments, aiming into defining new operating model and effective ways of working Living the SimCorp values by delivering excellent employee experience across the globe Process transactions in WorkDay, reporting and maintenance of high data quality Partner with Global Mobility team on international moves and foreign hires Support employee engagement WHAT WE VALUE (OUR REQUIREMENTS) Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree, possibly within law or HRM It is a plus if you have knowledge about HR processes and employee relations Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Ability to manage and prioritize multiple work streams simultaneously High attention to detail and consider yourself as self-driven and ambitious Ability to handle confidential information, professionally and appropriately Experience with Employee Management Systems, especially WorkDay, will be beneficial Ability to communicate in speaking and writing in English and Danish (business proficiency) Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources (various areas with focus on HR Operations & HR admin) NEXT STEPS Please send us your application in English via our career site as soon as possible, we process incoming applications continually.
