SimIS Inc, an innovative information technology solution Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), is currently seeking a dedicated ADL Site Lead .
Brief Job Description:
We need a talented individual to fill the role(s) of Site Lead(s) in support of Advanced Distributed Learning Initiative. The Site Lead is responsible for:
- Managing all aspects of the learning environment, including environmental factors, activities, testing, etc.
- Agile development cycle experience
- Overseeing the development of blended training (i.e. face-to-face and online), online courses (synchronous and asynchronous), electronic performance support systems, mobile apps (native and web-based), expert systems, models and simulations.
- Overseeing ADL production with advanced programming, graphic, video, facilitated online course delivery, and technical writing skills.
- Managing an ADL location and reports directly to the Deputy Program Manage
Minimum Years of Experience Required:
- Must possess a minimum of 1 year supervisory experience.
- Must possess a minimum of 1 year of project management experience.
- Minimum of three (3) years managing a performance analysis or ADL development initiative.
Experience:
- Experience with online elements of blended training (i.e. face-to-face and online), online courses (synchronous and asynchronous), electronic performance support systems, mobile apps (native and web-based), expert systems, models and simulations, etc. Department of Homeland Security or US Coast Guard experience preferred.
Certification Requirement :Not Required but Preferred- Project Management Professional (PMP), or a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
Education: Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in an Education, Business, or Management related field
Security Classification Required: Must pass a company Background Investigation (BI) and is eligible to obtain a SECRET clearance.
Travel Time: 15%
