Bilingual front office person needed to interpret between English-speaking healthcare providers and limited-English proficient, Spanish speaking patients and their family members in a manner that promotes confidentiality. Duties will also include answering telephones, scheduling, checking-in patients, filing and authorizing insurance benefits. The successful candidate will be fluent in both oral and written English and Spanish. Previous experience in the medical field is helpful, but not necessary for the right candidate. Candidate must have great people skills, detail oriented, can multitask, dependable and team player.
