As the initial point of contact for Simon Eye Associates, the Patient Service Representative is responsible for developing a positive relationship with and providing a WOW experience for our patients. In this role, you will be an integral part of a team committed to delivering the high level of customer service and patient centered care that have made Simon Eye Associates the most trusted provider of eye care in Delaware.
