Our Senior Accountant is an integral position that:

• Learns or executes to plan, budget, and schedule small to medium accounting, auditing and/or tax engagements 
• Learns to develop a consistent approach on client engagements and build technical skills
• Conducts basic research in various accounting and tax areas
• Is a resource for Staff Accountants and Interns in engagement work and personal effectiveness
• Strengthens self-awareness and builds understanding of how to maximize the strengths of self and others
• Develops and maintains strong client and team member relationships by communicating effectively and with appropriate mindsets
  

 The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Relevant public accounting experience
• Basic experience with staff development and oversight
• Demonstrated strong project management, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills  
• Strong teamwork and collaboration
• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, with 150 credits or plan to achieve 
• CPA license or candidate
