Simon Roofing is seeking skilled-experienced roofers who are interested in establishing a long-term career with a top of the industry company and are ready to work in a fast-paced environment.

Expectations

• Follow all safety training and requirements as Safety is our #1 priority.
• 2 Years of Commercial Flat Roofing experience.
• Perform work independently & most importantly, SAFELY!
• Demonstrate quality work standards.
• Work well with others.
• All applicants must be eligible to work in the US, minimum of 18 years old and pass pre-employment drug screen.
• High School diploma, equivalent or the willingness to complete a GED program with our help.
• Able and willing to travel out of town for 3 to 4 weeks consecutively at a time, when local work is not available.
• Possess the proper hand tools needed to do the job.
• Responsible for tearing off and installing and repairing commercial roofing systems safely and efficiently.

Physical Demands

• This position requires the ability to climb ladders and lift heavy loads (50-100 lbs.)
• This position requires the ability to occasionally stand and move comfortably on sloped roofs.
• This position requires stamina to work in extreme heat or cold.
• This position requires the ability to work in dusty and/or wet conditions.
• Properly measure and cut materials.
• This position requires kneeling for extended periods of time, pushing/pulling, and repetitive motions.

Starting pay ranges from $20.00 to $30.00 per hour (Based on Roofing Experience).
