As a Courier, you will be under the direct supervision of the Manager.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

·    Picks up and delivers packages between SimonMed facilities. 

·     May also be expected to distribute and route mail and

     packages. 

·    Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and

     procedures. 

·    Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to

     perform the functions of the job.  Works under immediate

     supervision.

·    Duties as assigned

·    Demonstrates competency in the performance of job-relate

     skills appropriate to his/her customer populations and

     departmental services while providing excellent customer

     service.

• Utilizes and operates equipment and mechanical devices which provide for a functional, effective, and safe environment.
• Adheres to policies, procedures, guidelines relative to departmental operations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

• Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent with 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. 

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:  This position may require duties including lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds, sitting for prolonged periods of time, with frequent standing and walking.

DRESS ATTIRE:  Business Casual or scrubs dependent on department
