ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Responsibilities include journal entries, general ledger and bank reconciliations, cash reporting, recording deposits, and reviewing G/L accounts for reasonableness on a monthly basis.
- An understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (U.S. GAAP).
- Experience with balance sheet reconciliations.
- Experience with payroll journal entries for multiple companies.
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Exposure to meeting tight deadlines.
- Prefer experience with Microsoft Dynamics (Great Plains).
- Demonstrates competency in the performance of job related skills appropriate to his/her customer populations and departmental services while providing excellent customer service.
- Utilizes and operates equipment and mechanical devices which provide for a functional, effective, and safe environment.
- Adheres to policies, procedures, guidelines relative to departmental operations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting (Required)
Experience:
- 1 – 3 years accounting experience (Preferred)
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This position may require duties including lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds, sitting for prolonged periods of time, with frequent standing and walking.
