Sales Development Representative

Simple Details’ Mission - Bringing a white collar experience to a blue collar industry by providing an exceptional one stop shop solution for all auto enthusiasts needs.

Position Overview:

● Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) prospect and book qualified prospects

for set calls onto the Business Consultants calendar. They prospect through a

multi-channel approach of phone, email and Facebook messenger and manage a

pipeline of leads given to them on a weekly basis. They are an essential part of

building up a massive sales pipeline for the BCs to close into our programs. SDRs

work closely with the BCs to maintain communication about prospects, meeting

times, closing strategies, and quality control of set calls booked. Our SDRs

understand how to combine a solid work ethic with the ability to think outside the

box in order to attract qualified prospects for meetings. Our SDRs understand that

building out the skillset of outbound sales is a great foundation for a successful

career in sales and entrepreneurial ventures.

Responsibilities

● Establish and nourish new customer and business relationships with prospects

● Maintain a clear and clean pipeline of weekly leads in the CRM

● Coordinate with SDR coach on new ways to attract clients and to clear any

blockers of the process

● Follow up extensively with leads over prolonged periods of time

● Understand, meet and exceed targets, key performance indicators (KPIs), and

critical success factors

● Available Mon.-Sat. to hit call target, email nurture, and prospect if need be

● Ideally, rotate AM/PM call shifts to vary outreach times

● Share call recordings with SDR coach for training purposes

● Attend one training/feedback session per week with SDR coach

● Conduct in-depth In-Person consultations to uncover clients goals and needs and tailor proper recommendations of products and services based on info provided by client

● Suggest ways to improve sales and client experience (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the store’s design, suggest new offerings and packages based on client feedback, etc.)

● Process POS (point of sale) purchases

● Call target per day is hit and tracked

● Each lead assigned same week is touched via email and Facebook messenger a

minimum of 2 times per week

● 10 qualified meetings are booked per month

● Stat sheet is updated by end of day and sent to Sales Manager

● All client interactions are properly documented in CRM

● A consistent 75% lead to Consult is maintained

● Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options

● All internal communication cycles are properly followed

● Efficient with Facebook/ IG, email, and texting

● Excellent over the phone communication

● Desire to learn sales

● Excellent communication skills

● Highly persistent when faced with objections

● Well organized and able to maintain a pipeline that can be observed by SDR

coach/Manager

Requirements

● Efficient with Facebook and general social media platforms

● Exceptional over the phone (this is a requirement)

● Exceptional in-person presentation

● Excellent communication skills

● Must be great at presenting

● Excellent at building rapport

● Open to learning new processes in sales

● Are routine driven

● Open to growing rapidly

● Self-sufficient and able to properly manage one’s own time

● Well organized and able to maintain a pipeline that can be observed and understood by the SDR Manager

COMMUNICATION CYCLE

● Attends Daily Sales Training at 9:30am EST Monday-Friday

● Attends Daily Sales Team Wrap Up at 3:30pm EST Monday-Friday

● Tracks & Reports on all required Metrics M-F by 5pm EST

● Attends 1:1s with Sales coach bi-weekly

● Completes EOW report every Thursday by 4PM EST

CHAIN OF COMMUNICATION

When presented with situations beyond the realm of knowledge to resolve:

1. Search within all materials and trainings to find answers independently

2. Ask another team member who may know (SDRs, BCs, etc.)

3. If Urgent: Reach out to the SDR Manager via Slack; If Not Urgent:

Email SDR Manager with all pertinent details and timelines

4. Resolve situation using knowledge gained

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $64,883.00 - $74,400.00 per year
