JOB SUMMARY:
Simpleview is looking for an experienced Product Manager to help drive our portfolio to the next level. In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from concept to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You thrive at breaking down complex problems into digestible steps that drive iteration, and are able to implement them at speed.
This role will collaborate closely across disciplines with technical resources, other Product Managers, Sales, Support, Customer Success, Marketing, as well as our customers, to plan and achieve market-defining solutions. We are striving to be the market standard, not the status quo.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Help shape the product vision and strategy for our flagship product, DMS
- Ensure we provide an exceptional user experience across all areas of the portfolio
- Build and lead roadmaps; balancing short and long-term goals and investments to scale globally
- Become a trusted advisor with business leaders to understand and define the strategy, end-to-end business processes, pain points, and priorities to inform product strategy
- Provide transparency into the roadmap, manage expectations, and be an expert at saying ‘No’ when necessary
- Analyze and understand competitive industry trends to advance our products which drive innovation
- Work closely with customers to translate their pain points into groomed and curated product backlog
- Partner with Engineering to scope and size features
- Work with Marketing to shape broader messaging in the market and help enable Sales and Customer Success have all the tools to deliver on revenue targets
- Last but certainly not least - be a great team player
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 years of Software Product Management experience - building products from conception through launch
- Ability to function independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills - Be collaborative and confident
- Strong familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Passionate about building end-user experiences that deliver measurable value while minimizing complexity
- Must be a self-starter, a team player, and driven

This position is available to both the Tucson-area and remote candidates.
