The IT Manager will be responsible for maintaining and improving the company’s network systems. This position will provide support to our employees that are experiencing network, software and system errors and will provide timely resolution on these errors. The IT Manager will work closely with all departments in the organization. Technical competency along with the ability to work across diverse teams will be instrumental to success in this position.
Duties:
- Maintain essential IT operations including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software and hardware
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies, hardware and software
- Network Administration including management of switches, servers, UNIFI system, ALGO door and phone system, backup system, SonicWalls, VMware and Hyper-V
- Maintaining employee workstations including setting up new users, phones, printers, accounts
- Epicor (ERP) Administration including user setup, management of Epicor SQL, modifying reports within the system
- Manage Vonage Phone System including adding users and configuring phones
- Office 365 Administration – Exchange and Azure
- LOGMEIN Administration
- Manage Engineering Systems – AutoCAD, Solidworks, Vault
- Maintain and manage subscriptions
- VPN maintenance and new user setup
- Update website with new information
- Create and update marketing content
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree, or equivalent relevant experience in various fields of Information Technology: Computer Sciences, Programming, IT Security, Networking, Systems Management
- 5 years’ experience in IT Management
- ERP experience a must – preferably Epicor in a manufacturing environment
- Experienced in Crystal Report
- Well practiced with: C#, C , SQL, Microsoft SSRS
- Ability to work in both the office and manufacturing environment
- Must be able to communicate (read, write and speak) the English language clearly
- Physical requirement appropriate for an office environment
